Infrastructure Management Specialist in the Engineering Department

Saigon Gateway Port Joint Stock Company announces the recruitment of the following position: Infrastructure Management Specialist in the Technical Department:
1. Position title and number of vacancies:
– 01 Technical Department Specialist: Infrastructure Management Specialist.
2. Candidates:

3. Job description:
* Job Objective: To advise and assist the Head of the Technical Department in the implementation of construction projects and infrastructure investments on the land; to manage construction and supervise construction projects; to plan, monitor, supervise, manage, analyze, evaluate, and assess the effectiveness of infrastructure investments at Saigon Gateway Port.
* Main responsibilities:
– Construction Engineering Management:
+ Organize and manage the technical aspects of the Company's construction projects and the overall planning, detailed site planning, and design of construction works at the Ports under its management.
+ Organize the development and updating of technical regulations for construction projects within the Company.
+ Organize and supervise the implementation of technical regulations for construction projects under the Company.
+ The company's technical risk management organization for construction projects.
– Develop and implement investment strategies for infrastructure that meet the objectives of the Company's development strategy:
+ Organize and develop investment strategies for the company's infrastructure.
+ Implement strategic planning for infrastructure investment activities.
+ Implement infrastructure investment activities according to plan.
+ Implement an evaluation of the results of the infrastructure investment plan and strategy.
– Infrastructure management and implementation:
+ Provide advice on decisions regarding the deployment of the Company's investment infrastructure.
+ Implement and manage the company's investment infrastructure.
+ Implement land management and surveying/mapping work for the Company.
+ Develop and update procedures/regulations regarding the company's investment infrastructure.
+ Implement monitoring of the Company's compliance with regulations regarding infrastructure investment.
+ Implement risk management for the Company's infrastructure investments.
– Organizing and managing the department:
+ Assign tasks to (authorized) staff in the room in stages.
+ Organize and implement performance evaluation and emulation and reward for employees (authorized) in the department.
+ Manage and protect assets in assigned rooms according to Company regulations.
+ Provide comments, suggestions and advice to the Department Head in assigned areas.
– Other tasks:
+ Implement document management, archiving, and administrative tasks within the department.
+ Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
* Job requirements:
– Professional qualifications:
+ Graduated from university with a major in Construction Engineering;
+ Possesses certifications in bidding, cost estimation, infrastructure management, and construction supervision.
– Professional experience: Having 48 months of actual work experience in the same professional field.
– Professional competence:
+ Infrastructure assessment;
+ Plan for contractor selection;
+ Prepare construction estimates and bid package estimates;
+ Check construction estimates and bid package estimates;
+ Prepare technical drawings and construction drawings;
+ Check the work of preparing technical drawings and construction drawings;
+ Construction settlement;
+ Construction supervision;
+ Infrastructure planning;
+ Infrastructure management.
– Computer skills: Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet applications/Proficient in specialized professional applications.
– Foreign language proficiency: English – Proficient in reading, translating, and communicating in professional contexts.
– Other skills:
+ Organize and supervise work implementation;
+ Staff training;
+ Create motivation for employees;
+ Problem solving and decision making;

4.2. Qualifications:
– Education level: High school graduate.
– Expertise/Professionalism: University graduate majoring in the position title.
