Saigon Gateway Terminal (SGT) Kick-Off GTOS System: A Strategic Step in the Digitalization Roadmap

On March 3, 2026, Saigon Gateway Terminal (SGT) successfully held its Kick-off ceremony for the implementation of the General Cargo Terminal Operating System (GTOS). This modern technology solution, developed by CEH Software Company, marks a significant step forward for SGT in modernizing its operational capabilities.

Following close collaboration between the SGT team and CEH Company, the GTOS system has officially launched and is ready for practical operation:

• Starting March 4, 2026: Launching an intensive training program for all staff members.
• March 28, 2026: Officially Go-live, putting the system into practical operation.

The implementation of GTOS has helped SGT transform its management landscape through: comprehensive process digitization; optimization of yard and vehicle resources; real-time reporting to support immediate decision-making; and enhanced customer experience through transparency and speed.

The event was honored with the direct participation and guidance from the highest levels of leadership, demonstrating the strategic importance of the project.

Starting tomorrow (March 4th), we will work closely with CEH in training, ensuring that every employee is proficient in the system before the Go-live date.”
