\n* Job Objective: To advise and assist the Head of the Technical Department in the implementation of construction projects and infrastructure investments on the land; to manage construction and supervise construction projects; to plan, monitor, supervise, manage, analyze, evaluate, and assess the effectiveness of infrastructure investments at Saigon Gateway Port.
\n* Main responsibilities:
\n\u2013 Construction Engineering Management:
\n+ Organize and manage the technical aspects of the Company's construction projects and the overall planning, detailed site planning, and design of construction works at the Ports under its management.
\n+ Organize the development and updating of technical regulations for construction projects within the Company.
\n+ Organize and supervise the implementation of technical regulations for construction projects under the Company.
\n+ The company's technical risk management organization for construction projects.
\n\u2013 Develop and implement investment strategies for infrastructure that meet the objectives of the Company's development strategy:
\n+ Organize and develop investment strategies for the company's infrastructure.
\n+ Implement strategic planning for infrastructure investment activities.
\n+ Implement infrastructure investment activities according to plan.
\n+ Implement an evaluation of the results of the infrastructure investment plan and strategy.
\n\u2013 Infrastructure management and implementation:
\n+ Provide advice on decisions regarding the deployment of the Company's investment infrastructure.

\n+ Implement land management and surveying\/mapping work for the Company.

\n\u2013 Organizing and managing the department:

\n+ Infrastructure assessment;
\n+ Plan for contractor selection;
\n+ Prepare construction estimates and bid package estimates;
\n+ Check construction estimates and bid package estimates;
\n+ Prepare technical drawings and construction drawings;
