Job Description<\/h2>\n

1. Information technology strategy<\/strong>
\nAssess current status, develop goals and software development solutions.<\/p>\n

Implement and evaluate results according to IT plan.<\/p>\n

2. IT application software development & management<\/strong>
\n2.1. Customer service<\/p>\n

Annual planning for application software.<\/p>\n

Install, upgrade, develop software and data mining tools.<\/p>\n

Check, record software errors, troubleshoot.<\/p>\n

Contribute to, implement and monitor IT processes.<\/p>\n

2.2. Management and operations services: Similar to 2.1 but applied to internal business management software.<\/p>\n

2.3. IT Investment: Participate in implementing technology investment activities related to software.<\/p>\n

2.4. System maintenance: Perform software and IT system maintenance and repair.<\/p>\n

2.5. IT risk management: Identify, assess and handle risks related to application software.<\/p>\n

3. User Training & Support<\/strong>
\nTraining, transferring software technology and IT infrastructure to personnel.<\/p>\n

Support users in handling software, operating system, and IT infrastructure errors.<\/p>\n

4. Other work<\/strong>
\nParticipate in digital transformation work within assigned scope.<\/p>\n

Manage the company's website and electronic office.<\/p>\n

Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Job Requirements<\/h2>\n

1. Professional qualifications:<\/strong> University degree in Information Technology or equivalent<\/p>\n

2. Experience<\/strong>: Have 12 months of actual working experience in the same field of expertise<\/p>\n

  • Infrastructure, server, network and transmission system administration;<\/li>\n
  • System administration of application software and databases;<\/li>\n
  • System administration of Websites and Emails;<\/li>\n

    4. Computer skills:<\/strong> Design, edit, develop software for professional work<\/p>\n

    5. Foreign language ability: <\/strong>English \u2013 Reading, translating and communicating fluently in professional matters<\/p>\n
