Building on practical experience from the previous year, Saigon Port enters 2026 with the unwavering goal of in-depth restructuring. Human resources and technology are identified as the two pillars throughout management and operation. Simultaneously, the unit will focus on optimizing existing infrastructure while strengthening linkages and promoting synergy among member units and joint ventures.<\/p>\n

Streamline organization, centralize management.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Along with the restructuring process, Reorganizing departments and branches according to a centralized management model.<\/strong> This has yielded clear results.
