In celebration of the 115th anniversary of International Women's Day (March 8, 1910 - March 8, 2025), the Trade Union of Saigon Port Joint Stock Company (Saigon Port) organized a Teambuilding program exclusively for female officers and employees of the company. <\/b><\/strong>union organization<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0under Saigon Port Trade Union<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0<\/b><\/strong>in <\/b><\/strong>the <\/b><\/strong>room<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0professional, unit under the Port<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0Saigon and<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0Joint venture companies, joint stock companies with capital contributions from Saigon Port. <\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n

Whoever goes there never wants to come back.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

That familiar folk song partly describes the peaceful and prosperous beauty of Dong Nai land and Tri An Lake - one of the largest artificial lakes in Vietnam - has been chosen by Saigon Port Union to become an ideal place for women to temporarily put aside their busy work and enjoy a relaxing moment on March 8. At the same time, this year's field trip is also a deep gratitude from the Union for the silent but extremely important contributions of female staff.<\/p>\n

Early in the morning of March 8, the convoy left Saigon Port, carrying the excitement and anticipation of all the women to the journey to explore Tri An Lake. Throughout the trip, the natural scenery changed little by little, from bustling rows of townhouses to lush green fields stretching on both sides, dotted with straight rubber forests swaying in the wind, creating a peaceful and poetic scene. After a long journey, Tri An Lake appeared like a giant ink painting, the blue water reflecting the sky and clouds, surrounded by cool forest canopies. In the midst of that peaceful scene, all worries seemed to disappear, giving way to joy and excitement for the meaningful experiences that were about to take place.<\/p>\n

The journey continued to become more exciting with attractive teambuilding activities, where laughter mingled with the spirit of solidarity. The interesting challenges not only helped the women practice their dexterity and coordination, but also strengthened their camaraderie. Through each challenge, the spirit of solidarity and mutual support among the female staff of Saigon Port was more clearly demonstrated. There were no longer boundaries between departments, no longer differences between ranks, only sisters accompanying each other, sharing memorable moments. More than just a fun activity, this was also an opportunity for the women of Saigon Port to appreciate each other more, to add positive energy to continue to contribute and stick together in a long journey ahead, as an affirmation that 'Women of Saigon Port are not only talented, dedicated but also full of enthusiasm and vitality'.<\/p>\n

After moments of bursting energy, the group paused for lunch and created an opportunity for the female staff to freely visit Tri An Lake and experience fun activities at Ma Da - Lakeview Camping. Here, the ladies can freely play, enjoy relaxing moments by the lake, challenge themselves with outdoor activities and record memorable moments with colleagues.<\/p>\n

The picnic at Tri An Lake, although short, ended with many beautiful memories, leaving unforgettable emotions in the hearts of each sister. The moments together, sharing joy, accompanying each other in every activity helped the camaraderie between female officers and employees of Saigon Port become increasingly stronger. There was no more distance, no more hesitation, only bright smiles and strong bonds - just like the spirit that the trip brought. \u201cWomen are to be loved\u201d<\/b><\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n
