  1. PURPOSE, DUTIES AND POWERS
Purpose
Advise and assist the Head of the Department of Safety - Security - Health - Environment and directly manage and operate tasks related to Occupational Safety - Health, Environmental Protection, PCTT & TKCN, Accident handling and Employee health care in accordance with current laws.

Power
– Full authority to decide on all activities of the unit according to regulations and decentralization;

– Temporarily stop production or suspend work if it is deemed likely to seriously affect the Company's operations, but must immediately report to the Head of the Safety-Security-Health-Environment Department;

– Require the Company to provide sufficient information and resources to perform assigned work;

– Refuse to perform work that is contrary to the provisions of the law;

– Set up criteria to evaluate work results, evaluate and review the level of task completion of job positions in the assigned management department;

- Propose, reward, encourage and consider disciplinary action against employees who violate within the scope of management;

- Propose adjustments and improvements to work in accordance with functions and tasks.

  1. PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB TITLE
1Professional qualifications– University degree in Labor Protection or equivalent.

– Have safety training certificate.

2Professional experienceHave 48 months of actual working experience in the same field of expertise.
