Software Development and Management Staff
Job Description
1. Information technology strategy
Assess current status, develop goals and software development solutions.
Implement and evaluate results according to IT plan.
2. IT application software development & management
2.1. Customer service
Annual planning for application software.
Install, upgrade, develop software and data mining tools.
Check, record software errors, troubleshoot.
Contribute to, implement and monitor IT processes.
2.2. Management and operations services: Similar to 2.1 but applied to internal business management software.
2.3. IT Investment: Participate in implementing technology investment activities related to software.
2.4. System maintenance: Perform software and IT system maintenance and repair.
2.5. IT risk management: Identify, assess and handle risks related to application software.
3. User Training & Support
Training, transferring software technology and IT infrastructure to personnel.
Support users in handling software, operating system, and IT infrastructure errors.
4. Other work
Participate in digital transformation work within assigned scope.
Manage the company's website and electronic office.
Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
1. Professional qualifications: University degree in Information Technology or equivalent
2. Experience: Have 12 months of actual working experience in the same field of expertise
3. Professional capacity:
- Infrastructure, server, network and transmission system administration;
- System administration of application software and databases;
- System administration of Websites and Emails;
- Manage information technology projects.
4. Computer skills: Design, edit, develop software for professional work
5. Foreign language ability: English – Reading, translating and communicating fluently in professional matters
6. Other abilities:
- Problem solving and decision making;
- Communication and persuasion;
- Organize and manage databases.

- Gender: Male/Female;
- Age: according to Labor Code;
- Health: healthy enough to work according to regulations of health authorities;
- Dynamic, flexible, careful and responsible in work.
