Job Description
1. Develop & implement technical strategy - port exploitation technology
Develop and implement strategies related to maintenance and repair of equipment, infrastructure, materials and tools.
Plan and organize maintenance activities.
Evaluate implementation results according to plans and strategies.
2. Management & development of port loading and unloading technology
Manage infrastructure, equipment and machinery for service exploitation.
Develop loading and unloading technology and provide services to customers.
Organize maintenance and repair of technical systems and port exploitation equipment.
Consulting on purchasing and distributing materials, fuel, tools and equipment.
Develop, update and monitor the implementation of technical and technological regulations.
Risk management related to engineering, equipment, and materials.
3. Other work
Consulting on innovation activities in the field of engineering and technology.
Standardize professional processes/operations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
1. Professional qualifications: University degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Construction Engineering or equivalent.
2. Experience: Have 48 months of actual working experience in the same field of expertise
3. Professional capacity:
- Operate machinery and equipment;
- Develop plans, instructions and procedures for maintenance and repair;
- Build standards;
- Develop plans, instructions, and loading and unloading procedures;
- Select supplier.
4. Computer skills: Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet applications/Proficient in specialized application programs.
5. Foreign language ability: English – Reading, translating and communicating fluently in professional matters
6. Other abilities:
- Organize and supervise work implementation;
- Staff training;
- Motivate employees;
- Problem solving and decision making;
- Communication and persuasion;
- Database organization and management
