1. Position title and number of vacancies:

3. Job description:
3.1. Position of Head of Human Resources
* Job purpose: Lead, organize and comprehensively manage human resource activities in the company, build a strong human resource to meet the company's development strategy in the field of cargo handling and warehousing business, while ensuring compliance with relevant legal regulations.
* Main responsibilities:
– Professional work:
+ Organize the development and implementation of human resource development strategies in conjunction with the company's development strategy.
+ Manage staff organization and apparatus organization.
+ Directing the review, arrangement and innovation of the enterprise according to the company's orientation.
+ Manage human resource recruitment, ensure quality and suitability to the needs of each department.
+ Develop and implement comprehensive human resource training and development programs.
+ Change positions, mobilize and rotate employees when necessary.
+ Review and develop labor standards and regulations on product-based salary payment.
+ Implement and develop corporate culture in line with the company's core values.
+ Manage and direct salary, bonus, and policies for employees.
+ Organize performance evaluation (KPI) and capacity of staff.
+ Deploy and manage emulation and reward programs and discipline employees when necessary.
– Management work:
+ Assign tasks, urge and check the progress of the Department's work.
+ Evaluate and monitor the performance of employees in the department, propose appropriate policies to improve productivity.
+ Implement and propose policies related to employees of the Department.
– Other tasks:
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
* Job requirements:
– Education: University graduate majoring in Human Resources Management/ Labor Economics/ Law/ Economics or equivalent.
– Experience: At least 5 years of experience in human resources, priority given to experience in human resource management in the port, logistics or warehousing industry.
– Professional expertise:
+ Deep understanding of Labor Law and related legal regulations.
+ Skills in building human resource strategies, planning and implementing appropriate policies.
+ Proficient in office software and human resource management software.
+ Ability to analyze, evaluate work performance (KPI) and employee capacity.
+ Knowledge of port infrastructure development and operation and risk management.

3.2. Position of Head of Finance and Accounting Department:
* Job purpose: Lead, organize and manage all financial and accounting activities of the company, ensure effective financial management, comply with the law, provide maximum support for business activities and sustainable development of the Company.
* Main responsibilities:
– Professional work:
+ Financial strategy: Develop, implement and evaluate financial strategies and plans according to the company's development orientation.
+ Accounting: Manage accounting system; direct preparation of financial reports, management reports; update regulations and control accounting risks.
+ Financial management: Cash flow and capital management; capital usage efficiency analysis; financial planning and cost control.
+ Capital contribution management: Consulting, managing and coordinating investment and capital contribution activities; restructuring capital at affiliated enterprises.
– Management work:
+ Assign tasks, urge and check the work progress of employees in the Department.
+ Evaluate and monitor the performance of employees in the department, propose appropriate policies to improve productivity.

* Job requirements:
– Education:
+ University degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Auditing or related fields.
+ Priority given to those with related certificates: CPA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent.
– Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, including at least 2 years in a management position.
– Professional expertise:
+ Deep understanding of laws related to finance, accounting and taxes.
+ Skills in analysis, financial planning and budget management.
+ Proficient in accounting, financial management and office software.
+ Foreign language: English - Reading, translating and communicating fluently in professional matters.
– Leadership:

3.3. For the position of Head of Exploitation Department:
* Job purpose: Lead, organize and manage all operations of the Company (focus on container cargo, RoRo and Project ships), ensure the highest productivity in the port and provide customer service for port calls, efficient operation, cost savings, compliance with the law, maximum support for business activities and sustainable development of the Company.
* Main responsibilities:
– Professional work:
+ Implement strategies for the Company's operations department, in line with and contributing to the company's vision & strategy within the scope of business plans and budgets.
+ Responsible for the operational efficiency of the port;
+ Make monthly and weekly plans for port operations and assign operations staff to carry out the work plan;
+ Manage daily port operations, ensure all operations are according to plan and take corrective actions if necessary;
+ Participate in selecting, negotiating and finalizing agreements with partners, customers and maintaining services as agreed.
+ Closely liaise with shipping companies, customs agents, road transport companies, Customs and other state agencies to serve the Company's operations.
+ Manage the Mining Department workforce to meet and exceed technological requirements, employee performance including training, evaluation, discipline and grievances.
+ Implement internal regulations, processes and policies of the Company and participate in improving internal methods, processes and regulations of the Company, especially in the field of exploitation.
+ Responsible for reviewing and ensuring the confidentiality of work, documents and information received during the work process to the Company's mining business operations both during and after the work process.

* Job requirements:
– Education:
+ University degree or higher in related majors such as port operations, maritime, transportation, business administration or equivalent.
+ Priority is given to those with experience working in the port, logistics, warehousing or related industries.
– Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in port operations, including at least 2 years in a management position.
– Professional expertise:
+ In-depth knowledge of port infrastructure development and operation, from design to construction, with a focus on technical feasibility and risk management.
+ Deep understanding of Maritime Law and legal regulations related to port operations.
+ Skills in building commodity exploitation strategies, planning and implementing appropriate policies.
+ Proficient in office software and mining management software.
+ Ability to analyze, evaluate work performance (KPI) and employee capacity.
+ Foreign language: English - Reading, translating and communicating fluently in professional matters.
