Job title and number of vacancies:

– 01 Deputy Sales Manager – In charge of logistics business (Landside Logistics Manager)

– 01 Deputy Head of Technical Department – In charge of investment projects related to construction engineering.

Job Description:

3.1. Deputy Manager position Business (Landside Logistics Manager)

* Job purpose: Advise and assist the Department Head in managing and implementing Logistics activities for customers, ensuring efficiency and compliance with the law and Company regulations.

* Main responsibilities:

Professional work:

+ Develop, plan, and analyze budgets related to the services of circulation, transportation, distribution, and storage of goods.

+ Carry out documents related to import and export goods, ensuring delivery is carried out in accordance with legal processes and procedures.

+ Carry out customs clearance procedures and receive goods from the shipping company.

+ Perform operations related to logistics accounting, handling import and export taxes, revenues, payments and customs authorities.

+ Research and design cargo connection locations for ports.

+ Other work related to logistics services.

– Management work:

+ Support in building, reviewing, and editing the structure and job descriptions of the Department.

+ Support the Department Head in recruiting personnel; advise the Department Head and arrange department personnel according to hierarchy.

+ Support the Department Head in proposing training and human resource development needs of the Department.

+ Participate in managing work performance and evaluating direct management staff of the Department as required.

+ Support the implementation of salary and bonus policies and regimes for employees of the Department.

+ Support the Department Head to propose rewards and discipline for direct subordinates.

– Other tasks:

+ Perform other business-related tasks as assigned by superiors.

* Job requirements:

– Education: University majoring in Maritime/Marine Economics or related University

- Experience: Have at least 48 months of practical work experience in the same field of expertise.

– Professional expertise:

+ Arrange logistics connection for goods;

+ Customer and partner relations;

+ Risk management;

+ Dispute resolution;

+ Negotiation;

+ Statistical reports.

Computer skills: Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet applications/Proficient in specialized application programs.

Foreign language proficiency: English - Read and understand professional documents, communicate in common professional situations.

3.2. Position of Deputy Head of Technical Department (In charge of Construction Engineering):

* Job purpose: Advise and assist the Head of Technical Department in implementing investment projects: construction on land, construction management, construction supervision of works; maintenance and repair of works in the port; establish, monitor, supervise, manage, analyze, evaluate and appraise the effectiveness of the Company's investment projects.

* Main responsibilities:

Construction Technical Management:

+ Implement documents and procedures related to the Company's construction projects.

+ Organize the technical management of the Company's projects and master plan, detailed site plan, and project design at the Company's Ports.

+ Organize the construction and update of technical regulations for the Company's projects.

+ Organize supervision of implementation of technical regulations of the Company's construction works.

+ Organize technical risk management for the Company's projects.

- Develop and implement investment strategies for projects that meet the goals of the Company's development strategy:

+ Organize and develop investment strategies for the Company's projects.

+ Implement investment project operation planning according to strategy.

+ Implement investment project activities according to plan.

+ Deploy assessment of implementation results of project investment plans and strategies.

Project management and implementation:

+ Advise on the Company's investment implementation decisions.

+ Deploy and manage the Company's investment projects.

+ Deploy land management and mapping work of the Company.

+ Develop and update the Company's investment processes/regulations.

+ Implement and monitor the implementation of the Company's investment regulations.

+ Implement investment risk management of the Company.

- Department organization and management:

+ Assign tasks to (authorized) staff in the room in stages.

+ Organize and implement performance evaluation and emulation and reward for employees (authorized) in the department.

+ Manage and protect assets in assigned rooms according to Company regulations.

+ Provide comments, suggestions and advice to the Department Head in assigned areas.

+ Implement clerical, archival, administrative and management work of the department.

– Other tasks:

+ Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.

* Job requirements:

– Education:

+ University graduate majoring in Construction;

+ Recommended: have certificate in bidding, estimating, project management, supervision.

- Experience: Have at least 48 months of practical work experience in the same field of expertise.

– Professional expertise:

+ Project appraisal;

+ Plan for contractor selection;

+ Prepare construction estimates and bid package estimates;

+ Check construction estimates and bid package estimates;

+ Prepare technical drawings and construction drawings;

+ Check the work of preparing technical drawings and construction drawings;

+ Construction settlement;

+ Construction supervision;

+ Project planning;

+ Project management.

Computer skills: Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet applications / Proficient in specialized application programs.

Foreign language proficiency: English – Read and communicate fluently in technical fields.
