Civil Engineer

Job Description

1. Construction engineering management
Organization of technical management of works and design at ports.

Update, promulgate and supervise the implementation of technical regulations for construction works.

Construction engineering risk management.

2. Build & implement investment strategy
Develop investment strategies for projects in line with company direction.

Plan and organize the implementation of investment projects.

Monitor and evaluate project implementation results according to plan.

3. Project management and implementation
Consulting on implementing investment projects.

Project management, land, surveying and mapping.

Develop and monitor implementation of project processes and regulations.

Risk management during project implementation.

4. Administrative work and other duties
Implement internal administrative, archival and document work.

Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

1. Professional qualifications:

  • University graduate majoring in Construction;
  • Certified in bidding, estimating, project management, supervision.

2. Experience: Have 48 months of actual working experience in the same field of expertise

3. Professional capacity: 

  • Project appraisal;
  • Contractor selection planning;
  • Prepare construction estimates and bid package estimates;
  • Check construction estimates and bid package estimates;
  • Prepare technical drawings and construction drawings;
  • Check the preparation of technical drawings and construction drawings;
  • Construction settlement;
  • Construction supervision;
  • Project planning;
  • Project management.

4. Computer skills: Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet applications/Proficient in specialized application programs.

5. Foreign language ability: English – Reading, translating and communicating fluently in professional matters

6. Other abilities: 

  • Organize and supervise work implementation;
  • Staff training;
  • Motivate employees;
  • Problem solving and decision making;
  • Communication and persuasion;
  • Database organization and management
