Saigon – Hiep Phuoc Port Successfully Organized the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
On July 21, 2025, at the Saigon - Hiep Phuoc Port Office, No. D10C, Road D3, Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park, Hiep Phuoc Commune, Ho Chi Minh City, Saigon - Hiep Phuoc Port Joint Stock Company solemnly held the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The meeting took place in a solemn and transparent atmosphere, with the full participation of shareholders, along with important members of the Board of Directors of Saigon Port and Saigon - Hiep Phuoc Port.

The congress was honored to welcome Mr. Nguyen Van Phuong - Member of the Board of Directors of Saigon Port, Mr. Nguyen Le Chon Tam - General Director of Saigon Port and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Saigon - Hiep Phuoc Port. Also attending were two members of the Board of Directors, who are representatives of Saigon Port's capital contribution at Saigon - Hiep Phuoc Port Joint Stock Company, Mr. Le Van Hoa and Mr. Chu Ngoc Son. On behalf of Long Hau Joint Stock Company's shareholders, there was the presence of Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Quang - Head of the Board of Supervisors of Long Hau Joint Stock Company, also a member of the Board of Supervisors of Saigon - Hiep Phuoc Port.
Over the past year, the Board of Directors has played an active and decisive role in management, providing important strategic directions, contributing significantly to the remarkable development of Saigon - Hiep Phuoc Port. In particular, the Board of Directors has closely directed the exploitation activities, implemented many process optimization solutions, invested in completing infrastructure and applied information technology to exploitation activities. These efforts have promoted and improved the capacity to receive ships and exploit goods. As a result, the Port's exploitation output has achieved impressive growth, firmly consolidating the position of Saigon - Hiep Phuoc Port in the market.
Mr. Nguyen Le Chon Tam - General Director of Saigon Port, concurrently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Saigon - Hiep Phuoc Port presented a report on the Board of Directors' activities in 2024 and the tasks for 2025.
At this year's Congress, an important change in the Board of Directors was approved. Mr. Le Van Hoa submitted a resignation letter from the Board of Directors of Saigon - Hiep Phuoc Port Joint Stock Company according to his personal wishes. In order to complete the personnel at the Board of Directors of Saigon - Hiep Phuoc Port Joint Stock Company, Saigon Port appointed Mr. Le Duc Nghia to replace Mr. Le Van Hoa as the representative of Saigon Port's capital and to participate in the Board of Directors, holding the position of Member of the Board of Directors of Saigon - Hiep Phuoc Port Joint Stock Company for the term 2023 - 2028. The Congress respectfully acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of Mr. Le Van Hoa during his tenure.

The congress discussed and approved important reports on the results of production and business activities in 2024, the business plan for 2025, the audited financial statements, as well as contents related to the management and development orientation of the Company in the coming time. Shareholders actively contributed opinions, expressing their interest and deep trust in the sustainable development of Saigon - Hiep Phuoc Port.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Quang, representative of Long Hau Joint Stock Company, is also a member of the Board of Supervisors, with contributions. practical for the operation of Saigon - Hiep Phuoc Port.
The meeting ended with a high consensus from shareholders, all contents submitted to the General Meeting of Shareholders were approved with a very high rate (over 90%), in which the 2025 plan targets demonstrated the Company's determination to strive to achieve very high goals. This demonstrates the absolute trust of shareholders in the future of Saigon - Hiep Phuoc Port Joint Stock Company.
