On the morning of January 13, 2025, the working delegation of Saigon Port led by Mr. Nguyen Le Chon Tam - General Director of Saigon Port met and reported to the leaders of Long An Provincial Party Committee on the development of seaports on Soai Rap River.

On this occasion, Mr. Nguyen Le Chon Tam reported to Comrade Nguyen Van Duoc - Secretary of Long An Provincial Party Committee on the development of seaports on Soai Rap River including Saigon Port, Long An Port and proposed solutions to connect transportation, logistics and effectively exploit the potential of the river system, canals with the Mekong Delta, Cai Mep port cluster and Can Gio international transit port in the future.

Comrade Nguyen Van Duoc thanked the delegation for visiting and highly appreciated the activities of Saigon Port in the past year. He believed that, with the spirit of sharing and supporting each other, the ports in the region will develop more and more strongly.
