Expertise

University degree in Human Resources Management/ Labor Economics/ Law/ Economics or equivalent.
2Professional experienceHave 12 months of practical work experience in the same field of expertise.

Expertise

– Grasp the State and Port regulations on labor;

– Master the processes and procedures related to recruitment, contract termination, planning, and appointment;

– Human resource recruitment;

– Human resource training.
