- PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB TITLE
1 | Level Expertise | University degree in Human Resources Management/ Labor Economics/ Law/ Economics or equivalent. |
2 | Professional experience | Have 12 months of practical work experience in the same field of expertise. |
3 | Capacity Expertise | – Grasp the State and Port regulations on labor; – Master the processes and procedures related to recruitment, contract termination, planning, and appointment; – Human resource recruitment; – Human resource training. |
4 | Capacity information technology | Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet applications / Proficient in specialized application programs. |
5 | Capacity foreign language | English – Basic reading comprehension of common documents. |
6 | Other abilities | – Problem solving and decision making; – Communication and persuasion; – Organize and manage databases. |
7 | Other requirements | – Gender: Male/Female; – Age: according to Labor Code; – Health: healthy enough to work according to regulations of health authorities; - Dynamic, flexible, careful and responsible in work. |
