Purpose
Advise the Department Head on the implementation of tasks related to salary and policies for the Company's employees.

  1. PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB TITLE

University degree in Human Resources Management/ Labor Economics/ Law/ Economics or equivalent.
2Professional experienceHave 12 months of practical work experience in the same field of expertise.

Expertise

– Grasp the State and Port regulations on labor;

– Master the processes and procedures related to recruitment, contract termination, planning, and appointment;

– Calculate income for employees;

– Resolve employee policies and regimes.

Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet applications / Proficient in specialized application programs.

English – Basic reading comprehension of common documents.
